Return times
- Products can be returned within 14 working days from the date of receipt.
Return costs
- Shipping costs ( €20 including VAT ) are your responsibility and will be deducted from the amount refunded after the return.
How to make a return
- Download and fill out the return form here.
- Fill out the form and send it to customercare@robertocollina.it
- Within the next 14 days, ship the product complete with its internal packaging; if possible, place it in the original box.
- Wait for the UPS return label.
- Apply the UPS return label to the outside of the package.
- Drop off your package at your nearest UPS location by visiting: https://www.ups.com/dropoff/
